Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (no dirt, folding, or alterations). Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. If the return is not approved, you will not receive a refund and you will have the option to pay for shipping to have the item sent back to you.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it to us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos and order details when contacting us at frogsterhq@gmail.com

Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

What happens after my claim is approved?

Store Credit: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase amount.
