Our mousepads measure 9.4" x 8" and are 3mm thick—thin enough for comfort but thick enough to ensure durability.
How are the designs applied to the mousepads?
We use a sublimation process that results in vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't fade over time.
Do the mousepads have stitched edges?
No, our mousepads are non-stitched to provide a smooth feel and prevent discomfort from rubbing against stitched edges.
Will the mousepad stay in place during use?
Yes! The rubber base ensures the mousepad stays firmly in place. For best results, simply wipe down your desk and place the pad.
Shipping Details
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25. Excludes express shipping rates above $7.50
What are the available shipping methods and delivery times?
Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned!
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy
How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition (no dirt, folding, or alterations).
How do I qualify for a refund?
Refunds are processed after we inspect and approve the returned item. If the return is not approved, no refund will be issued, and you’ll have the option to pay for shipping to get the item sent back to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
The item is defective or incorrect (in which case we’ll cover the cost).
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it to us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include:

How do I submit a warranty claim?

What happens after my claim is approved?

Replacement: A new mousepad of the same model (or an equivalent if out of stock).
Store Credit: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase amount.
